Our new website isn’t just a visual upgrade, it’s a transformation of the online experience we offer to our community.

Key to this transformation is a more user-friendly layout and navigation, designed to make it easier for you to find the information you need faster.

As our members know, we pride ourselves on supporting our community of users, so your ability to locate help when you need it is really important to us.

Our support pages have been designed with this in mind and our user guides (for members only) have been organised so that you can explore and find relevant topics.

We’ve also worked on some enhanced content, such as our videos on common topics, which is a direct response to feedback from our community at our 2022 AGM.
