How does TeamViewer work?
When TeamViewer has started, our team member will ask you for the ID number and Password which are displayed on the TeamViewer panel. This will allow our team member to take full control of your computer. Please close any applications (such as email) which you do not wish them to view. Our team member will identify themself through the TeamViewer Chat panel. The password will expire when the session is ended, and our team member will not be able to reconnect to your computer without your permission.
