Remote support with TeamViewer
Our support team can work directly on your computer, using TeamViewer QuickSupport. Please contact us first to request a remote support session. Then click the link below to download the TeamViewer QuickSupport application.
When TeamViewer has started, our team member will ask you for your ID number followed by your Password, which are displayed on the TeamViewer panel (like the example shown here).
This will allow our team member to take full control of your computer. Please close any applications (such as email) which you do not wish them to view. Our team member will identify themself through the TeamViewer chat panel.
The password will expire when the session is ended, and our team member will not be able to reconnect to your computer without your permission.
