Schedules courses - business terms and cancellation

Invoices are issued approximately 3 working days before the course takes place. If you require an official order number to be quoted please let us have it in advance.

We operate a simple cancellation policy once you have confirmed a place:

  • Please let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel. Cancellations can be accepted by telephone, letter, fax or email, but telephone cancellations must be backed up by written or email confirmation.
  • If you cancel less than 3 working days before the course takes place we will charge you the full amount. You may nominate a colleague to take your place.
  • If you fail to attend a course and have not notified us in advance you will be charged the full amount.

We reserve the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. Should this occur, delegates will be offered an alternative date or a refund (if the payment has been made in advance).

Please note that by booking a place on our training programme you are accepting our business and cancellation terms. You must be authorised by your organisation to make this booking.
