On-site courses - business terms and cancellation

We operate a simple cancellation policy once you have confirmed a booking for an onsite course:

  • Please let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel. Cancellations can be accepted by telephone, letter, fax or email, but telephone cancellations must be backed up by written or email confirmation.
  • If you cancel less than 5 working days before the course takes place we will charge you the full amount.
  • We will charge you for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by us in relation to your booking.
  • If you have booked for 6 or more delegates (where each additional person incurs an additional charge) you will be charged for that agreed number, even if some people fail to show.

We reserve the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. Should this occur, you will be offered an alternative date or a refund (if the payment has been made in advance).

Please note that by booking our courses you are accepting our business and cancellation terms. You must be authorised by your organisation to make this booking.
