What courses are available?
How does it work?
We will arrange with you a date and time for your session. When the session begins, we will send a link which will allow you to join in. This is a simple process.
Please let us know if you are unable to use Zoom. If you work as part of a corporate network you may need permission from your network managers to use this application.
Links to additional training materials will be supplied during the session, and there is an option to record the session for future reference.
We’ll be using the Modes Example object records during the session – not your own collections data. Please arrange a consultation session with Modes Support if you wish to work on your own collections data.
What are the requirements?
There is no need to have Modes installed on your computer. You will need speakers or headphones in order to hear the trainer, and a microphone if you want to ask questions. A headset is ideal if you have one available. There is an option to use text chat if you don't have a microphone or speakers.
New users must undertake the Introduction to using Modes session first.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions are 90 minutes from start to finish.
- 5-minute setup and introduction
- 75-minutes documentation tuition
- 10-minute Q&A with the trainer at the end
