Introduction to Modes
Meet the trainer
Here's a sample session with our trainer, Nick.
How does it work?
Arrange a date and time for your session. When the session begins, we will send a link which will allow you to join in. This is a simple process.
Please let us know if you are unable to use Zoom. If you work as part of a corporate network you may need permission from your network managers to use this application.
Links to additional training materials will be supplied during the session.
We’ll be using the Modes Example object records during the session – not your own collections data. Please arrange a consultation session with Modes Support if you wish to work on your own collections data.
What will I need?
There is no need to have Modes installed on your computer. But you will need speakers or headphones in order to hear the trainer, and a microphone if you want to ask questions. A headset is ideal if you have one.
New users must undertake the Introduction to Modes session first.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions are 120 minutes from start to finish.
- 5 minutes setup and introduction
