It’s always good to get honest feedback as this really does help shape Modes software development priorities and services. Hearing your comments on what works well, and what needs improving, fuels the development of our software and services.
Why did we survey?
The objective of the survey was to find out how well Modes software helps you in your day-to-day work with collections.
What did we find out?
We found that Modes is widely used for inventory, cataloguing and location control, but not as widely for loans management, disposals and emergency planning. We learned that users are generally satisfied with our software and services, but many raised issues about the ease of use of the program.
We're feeding the results into our plans for future development. This will mean real improvements to the software.
Did you know?
There is plenty of help built into the program. For example, right-click on any field in the Editor tab and choose 'Elements help' to see examples of how that field should be used. Or tap the F1 key to open the User manual at the page describing the currently selected program feature.
