Make your MODES or Catalist records available online. We can create the website to your specification, integrating your MODES or Catalist database, and manage the site on our dedicated server. All you will need to provide are copies of your MODES or Catalist data files, and your image files.

The basic service offers a search page based on one of our standard templates, with your organisation's logo, colour scheme and font style. This can be linked to pages on your existing web site, or we could also host your home page and additional material. Individually tailored designs can be developed at additional cost.

Fees vary according to the amount of web space, and the level of service you require, but there will be an initial start-up fee plus an annual maintenance fee. Please contact us for details.

What about information I don't want to make public?

You don't have to put your live data files up on the Internet - in fact we would advise against doing so. We can hide or remove confidential data. At the same time, we can prepare your data for public access by rendering keywords, dates, etc. in a more reader-friendly format, and by set up indexes which support the types of enquiries you expect to get. We will advise you about the best ways to prepare your data.

Domain name registration

We can register a domain name for your website. By registering a uk domain name, you enter into a contract of registration with Nominet UK on the following Terms and Conditions. This is a separate contract to any arrangement you may have with any third party for the provision of internet services. Please read before proceeding with your order.
